I only got to attend a couple of Tina's lessons so far, but 100% convinced to take on many more. Not only did she convert me into a (novice) yoga lover, she did so in the most understanding, caring and interesting way possible. Talking spirituality (but not too much), teaching about fluids and organs while giving proper workouts to the body and soul. Her most impressive accomplishment however, is the fact that she manages to allow some peace and quiet in my head, in ways I never experienced before. Highly recommended!

Na een moeilijke periode in mijn leven door burnout, depressie en chronische pijnklachten ben ik in contact gekomen met Tina. Zij zorgt met haar persoonlijke en dynamische aanpak dat ik er op mijn tempo weer sta. Ik heb nog een lange weg af te leggen en ben blij dat zij daarbij aan mijn zijde staat. Aanmoedigend en begripvol. Haar focus ligt op wat ik echt nodig heb, zelfs wanneer ikzelf geen idee heb wat dat is. Een echte aanrader.

Since February, I have been following yoga sessions with Tina. Mainly to get some peace of mind. As a mum of 3 boys between 15 and 4 years old, this is necessary from time to time. I really enjoy going to Tina's yoga classes. On the one hand, she brings me closer to myself with her calmness and helps me gain insights. On the other hand she can challenge me immensely with varied, sometimes spicy yoga poses. She is down to earth. Lovely to start your working week off right.

It is a real pleasure to participate in yoga classes of Tina. Yin and Hatha classes are alternated and themes change on a weekly basis. Tina has an eye for everyone’s level, she encourages and corrects. Starters get the necessary attention while more advanced yogi’s are more challenged. Tina’s classes are well prepared, she is very communicative and friendly.
