Sessions

Relying on a broad education in yoga science, Tina blends elements of hatha, vinyasa, yin,  ayurveda yoga, meditation and yoga nidra to help you unravel blockages and build strength in the mind, body and emotions.  

Private | unravel + reconnect

  • Do you have trouble sleeping? 

  • Do you feel anxious?

  • Is your heart beating faster than normally? 

  • Are you grieving? 

  • Has your body gone through radical changes (birth, surgery, hormonal changes, ...)

  • Do you feel disconnected to your body? Or never really felt your body at all?

In this session I work with yin yoga, meditation, breathwork,  yoga nidra and visualisations to help you​ unravel and reconnect with your body. 

Private | strength + stretch

  • Do you want to improve your posture, gain mobility, build muscle and become more flexible? 

  • Do you have a regular practice and want to dive deep into your asana practice? 

  • Do you want to create a regular morning sadhana  but need some help to get there? 

  • Coming back from an injury?

  • Total new to yoga? 

 

​This is a body-oriented session where we work towards opening, stretching and strenghtening according to your needs and wants. In these sessions I work with vinyasa, hatha and ayurveda yoga.  

​Private | ayurveda yoga 

Ayurveda is an ancient healing system from India that uses natural and holistic approaches to keeping your mind, body and spirit healthy. It places great emphasis on prevention and aims to balance our energy, mind and body with proper food, movement, rituals and the use of herbs according to a your constitution. In the ayu-yoga sessions I  work with rituals,  pranayama, asana, meditation, mudras and ethical living practices to help you find balance and health.  

Group sessions 

For the people who enjoy practicing in the energy of a group and share space, breath and movement,  I offer guided group sessions in yin, vinyasa and ayurveda yoga in the area of Brussels.
